ACCREA Medical Robotics is an innovative company entering a key commercialization phase of advanced medical robotics systems. Due to dynamic development and implementation of our solutions, we are looking for a Project Manager who will take responsibility for coordinating interdisciplinary teams and effective project execution, ensuring their timely delivery and compliance with rigorous medical industry standards.
Role Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for effective coordination and execution of projects in the field of medical robotics, ensuring their timely delivery in accordance with the assumed budget and quality requirements. The key goal is effective management of an interdisciplinary team, identification and minimization of project risks, and maintaining transparent communication between all stakeholders, which will directly contribute to the successful commercialization of ACCREA Medical Robotics' innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination
Responsibility for creating schedules, defining goals, and monitoring project progress.
Team Collaboration
Working with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective project execution and achievement of set goals.
Communication Management
Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and the project team, including preparing reports and presentations.
Risk Identification and Management
Analysis of potential threats to the project and taking corrective actions when necessary.
Support in Change Processes
Assistance in implementing changes and improvements in project processes.
Key Requirements
- ✓Higher education (preferred fields: management, economics, computer science or related).
- ✓Experience: minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management or as a project assistant.
- ✓Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- ✓Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodology will be an asset.
- ✓Fluent in Polish and very good command of English.

Holding project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).

Analytical Skills
Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.

Experience with PM Tools
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) will be an additional asset.
