About ACCREA Medical Robotics

ACCREA Medical Robotics is an innovative company developing advanced robotic systems for medical and surgical applications. As we enter the commercialization phase of our solutions, we are looking for a meticulous and excellently organized Management Assistant who will play a key role in streamlining communication and providing operational support at all levels of the organization.

Role Purpose

The Management Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the company's Executive Board, including calendar management, meeting organization, document preparation, and coordination of internal and external communication.

Responsibilities

Managing the calendar of Executive Board members' meetings

Organizing business travel and business meetings
3
Preparing presentations, reports, and documents
4
Handling correspondence and contact with external partners
5
Support in implementing strategic projects
6
Coordinating information flow between the Executive Board and company departments

Key Requirements

  • Higher education (preferred fields: administration, management, philology, law, or related)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience working with management preferred)
  • Excellent work organization and time management
  • High personal culture and discretion
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient use of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • English language proficiency at B2 level minimum (knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome)

Preferred Qualifications

  • +
    Experience in direct support of Executive Board members or CEO.
  • +
    Practical knowledge of videoconferencing tools (MS Teams, Zoom) and cloud software (SharePoint).
  • +
    Experience in organizing business events and business travel.
  • +
    Basic knowledge of law and finance.
  • +
    Independence and proactivity in anticipating needs and solving problems.
