About ACCREA Medical Robotics

ACCREA Medical Robotics Sp. z o.o. is an innovative company in the medical robotics industry. Due to our dynamic growth, the digitalization of processes, and the transition from Excel-based documentation to the modern enova365 ERP system, we are looking for an organized and meticulous individual to support our HR Department in daily operations and implementation processes.

Responsibilities

Supporting the implementation and daily operation of the new HR/payroll system enova365 (under the supervision of the Senior Specialist).

Overseeing daily discipline, time tracking, and employee task progress in the Redmine system.

Coordinating the collection and verification of monthly work reports from team leaders (per procedure: by the last business day of each month).

Archiving approved reports in a dedicated SharePoint repository.

Leading and coordinating recruitment processes: CV screening, scheduling interviews.

Supporting the onboarding process.

Assisting with ongoing administrative and office tasks related to employee documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in HR recruitment or administration (experience in the technical/engineering industry is a plus).
  • English language proficiency at minimum B1/B2 level.
  • Highly developed organizational skills, meticulousness, and punctuality.
  • Strong communication, diplomatic, and assertiveness skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Willingness to learn and quickly master the enova365 software and the Redmine system.
  • Basic knowledge of the Labour Code (knowledge of working time records regulations is a plus).
  • Student status in fields such as Human Resource Management, Administration, or Economics will be an additional asset.
